After raising their family in this stately home, the long-time owners engaged Wellen to renovate the house with the highest quality materials and advanced systems, all done meticulously to harmonize with the period character of the home.
A nine-month project ensued. The family moved out temporarily to facilitate construction. The newly expanded kitchen features custom millwork and a pull-out liquor cabinet. All windows and hardwood floors were installed. The central period staircase was restored. The exterior brick was repointed.
