Nestled upon 6 acres of stunning oceanside views, this Island Compound custom-built dream vacation home on the island of Nantucket was a dream come true for both our team and its owners! A modern-style vacation haven is perfectly designed with classic, timeless New England whites and beach tones throughout the interior of the estate. A matching guest house is connected by a full recreation space sitting atop the ocean views of Nantucket.

High-End Luxury Seaside Retreat
This high-end luxury coastal retreat in Osterville has all the bells and whistles of a perfect vacation home, including an infinity pool overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The work involved replacing every window and eliminating the unsightly stucco throughout the entire exterior of the home. A custom pergola, equipped with hidden roll-down screens, provides stunning ocean views and wind protection and is carefully engineered to endure hurricane-level weather. The interior of the home features picturesque views, ocean-inspired furnishings, and coastal decor to complement the stunning setting.

An 8,000-square-foot estate in Brewster, Cape Cod, was a truly transformative vacation home remodeling project for our team. The original home, 15 years old, needed an entirely new floor plan and structure to accommodate this busy family’s dreams of a vacation haven in New England. Classic Cape Cod elements are seen throughout the custom-built home, including cedar shakes wrapping the entire exterior and classic beach-themed decor in the interior. The main sitting area features an extended sliding door, allowing for picturesque ocean views from both the inside of the home and outside via the patio.
