The ask for these long-time clients was to transform their Cape Cod residence into a seaside retreat. The work involved replacing every window and eliminating the unsightly stucco throughout the entire exterior of the home. We added a new pool, patio, and pergola while repositioning and refining the existing cabana for seamless integration. The pergola, equipped with hidden roll-down screens, provides stunning ocean views and wind protection and is carefully engineered to endure hurricane-level weather.
