Driving through historic Chestnut Hill, one might easily mistake this new home for a period Federalist Colonial. Such was the attention to detail and craftsmanship applied to build the home after an existing house was carefully removed from the site.
Custom millwork pervades the exterior and interior, including hand-crafted shutters, cabinetry, turned balustrades and carved handrails. A geothermal system makes use of the Earth’s energy to heat and cool the property without burning fossil fuels. A parapet roof wall and elevated deck span the rear of the home creating an elegant visual for the expansive back yard.
