Wellen Construction has been in the home Construction and Remodeling business for over 25 years.  During that time we have developed what many consider the best staff and team of subcontractors in the area.  Well known for exceptional craftsmanship and service, it is not uncommon to see previously built homes advertised as “Wellen Built” many years later.

Our approach is not sophisticated or complex, we live by the Golden Rule “Do to others as you would want done to you.”  We understand that in a custom construction project, the process is as important as the product.  Having a keen awareness that clients want to be a part of the process and not just a spectator gives us an ability to ensure that the client enjoys the experience.

Each project is assigned a Project Manager that is in complete control of the project.  This person is available to the client every business day, regardless of the size of the project .  Supports such as e-mail and a fully staffed office give the Client and Project Manager an interface that allows them to communicate at all times.
